best thing about being a florist: working with flowers while listening to music in my studio. i still can't believe how much joy and pride i have in my work! every new client makes me rethink my approach and push myself to explore many creative ideas.
favourite flower combination: autumnal hydrangea with julia roses or rex begonia leaves with queen of the night tulips.
most memorable event/occasion you have done flowers for: a huge wedding on cockatoo island. it was all bold yellow and exotic foliages hung from the ceiling of the turbine hall. amazing!!!
you are inspired by: my handsome fiancé, my creative and nutty friends and family, fashion and art. the floral work of my late grandmother bobby. and my fantastic fellow florists.
you are passionate about: working in my garden to grow amazing blooms for my clients. preserving and protecting australia's amazing flora and fauna. cultivating relationships and exploring my creativity.
